The Zero Company’s management is headed by Jonathan
Wolf, President, and is a full service roofing and sheet metal
company. In 2002, the company joined the Tecta America Corporation
and expanded the operations nationally and continues to offer
its customers a full range of services from new roof construction
to roof leak repairs.

Jonathan is a 3rd generation roofing contractor and has been employed full-time at The Zero Company since graduating college in 1992. He began performing estimating, sales, and superintending duties in 1988 as a summer intern while attending Washington University in St. Louis. In 1992 Mr. Wolf graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) and a minor in Psychology. Mr. Wolf started his full time employment with the company as a Commercial and Residential Roofing Salesman. He advanced to Vice President of Sales and then to Vice President of Operations in 1994. Mr. Wolf was named President in 1996 and Chairman of the Board of Directors in 1997.
Other than joining Tecta America in 2002, Mr. Wolf notes that his implementation of a company wide drug-testing program in 1995 was the most significant occurrence that has taken place since he joined the company.
Mr. Wolf is a member of the Tecta America President's Council and has served on the Board of Directors for the Ohio Roofing Contractor's Association (ORCA,) the Board of Directors for the Jewish Family Service of Greater Cincinnati, and was a Big Brother Youth Mentor. |
| Tom Miller, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Louisville Office |

Tom joined The Zero Company in 2005 when it expanded its operations into the Louisville area. As VP/COO he is responsible for the day-to-day operations and profitability of the Louisville office. Mr. Miller has worked in the commercial and industrial roofing and sheet metal industry for over 25 years. During this period he has served 2 terms on the NRCA board of directors, is past president of the Louisville Builders Exchange, and has held various other industry positions. Before coming to The Zero Company Tom had been Division President and later Company President of a national roofing and sheet metal company with multiple branch offices. |

Jim Stark, joined The
Zero Company in January 2004 as operations manager.
Before coming to Zero he served
as President of a Nashville, TN based roofing company. He brings fifteen years of experience
starting as a sheet metal foreman,
superintendent
and
project manager. His current duties for Zero include
personnel management,
customer service, project coordination,
safety compliance and quality control. |

Jim Harris joined The Zero Company in 1994 as an estimator before being promoted to Vice President in charge of the Residential Division. He has 30 years of experience in the residential sales, estimating and
quality customer service. Before coming to Zero, Mr. Harris worked as a field employee for a residential roofing contractor for 3 years and 1 year as estimator. From 1979 to 1989 he owned a small Residential
Roofing Company. Mr. Harris has also served in UNITED STATES MARINE CORP from 1970 to 1974, duties ranging from aircraft re-fuel to military police officer. |

Carolyn has been the
controller for The Zero Group since 1977 which includes,
The Zero-Breese Company, The Zero Company and Midwest
Accounting Services, Inc. Prior to joining The Zero
Group, Carolyn worked as a revenue accountant for 3
years at the Stone Oil company, an oil and gas exploration
company with branch offices in Houston, Lafayette and
New Orleans. She also held other accounting related
positions while employed by the Tresler Oil Company. |
| Jim Haitz, Safety

Jim Haitz joined the
Zero Company in 2004 as the Safety Director. Before
joining the Zero Company Jim served as Safety Director
and Project Coordinator for a company at the Fernald
Plant in Ross, Ohio. Jim is a big believer in Behavior
based Safety, and brings over 18 years of Construction
experience, starting as a welder before joining the
Safety field. Jim Graduated from Maysville Community
College in 1986 with an Associates Degree in Environmental,
Health and Safety Management. |
| Robert Bowling, Senior Project Manager Louisville Office |

Robert is a third generation roofing contractor with over 30 years experience in the Louisville commercial roofing industry. He joined The Zero Company in Oct. 2004 and has estimated and managed our major projects to successful completions. Mr. Bowling's extensive knowledge of roofing systems and his understanding of where they perform best is instrumental in his ability to recommend the right roof for each of our customers. |

Chuck re-joined the
Zero Company in March 2005 after an 18 year leave. He
brings back 27 years of experience in the roofing and
architectural sheet metal industry including 9 years
as a laborer and foreman during his first period of
employment with The Zero Company. Prior to his reunion
with Zero, Chuck worked eighteen years for a Kentucky
based roofing company as a foreman, superintendent,
project manager, and residential roofing department
general manager. |
| Adam Paris, Service and Maintenance Manager Louisville Office |

Adam joined The Zero Company in November 2005 as Service and Maintenance Manager for our Louisville office after having worked for the local branch of a national roofing contractor. Mr. Paris started his career in the roofing industry in 1999 as a laborer installing single-ply roof systems. He has experience as an inspector and estimator on all types of roofing systems. Adam has a Bachelor's Degree and Supervision Certificate from Indiana University. His high energy and desire to provide exceptional service to every customer has allowed us to build this department and attract new customers over a short period of time in a very competitive market. |

Kevin has over 25 years experience in the commercial roofing industry. He joined The Zero Company in April of 2006 and immediately added extensive knowledge of built-up and modified bitumen roofing that was lacking in our Cincinnati office. Prior to joining The Zero Company Mr. Harris was an estimator for a large Dayton area commercial roofing contractor, was the local representative for a national modified bitumen roofing manufacturer, and worked as a project manager for a large Buffalo, NY roofing company. |

Joe joined The Zero Company in July 2006 as a Regional Sales Coordinator with a primary objective of finding and servicing new customers in the triangular area between Cincinnati, Louisville, and Lexington. Mr. Summers will be based out of our Louisville office. Prior to starting with The Zero Company, Mr. Summers was a local sales representative for a large national roofing manufacturer and has worked in various capacities for several local and national roofing companies. Joe's primary areas of expertise are with single-ply roofing, modified bitumen roofing, foam roofing, and coatings. |

Josh moved to the Cincinnati area and joined The Zero Company in July 2005 after having worked for FJA Christiansen Roofing, our Tecta America partner company in Milwaukee, WI. Mr. Bauer's field experience in production work as well as in the service department allows him to properly analyze the current condition of each roof he inspects and adequately propose proper repair and reroofing options. Josh exhibits a sincere desire to meet or exceed every customer's expectations of him and the Company. |

John Sipes joined The
Zero Company in 2002 in sales and estimating. John brings
to Zero over 30 years of roofing experience. Before
coming to Zero, he worked for another large roofing
company as an estimator. He
completed his Bachelor of Science in Education from
Central State University in 1971 and also has some experience
as a teacher. |
| Mike Duenhoft,

Mike Duenhoft started his roofing career in 1976 and joined The Zero Company in 1984 as a roofer. He then worked his way up to foreman and supervisor managing and scheduling manpower, materials and projects from inception to completion. He also assists with labor estimation on difficult or special projects. |
| Anthony Bryant, Commercial Superintendent Louisville Office |

Anthony came to The Zero Company in February 2005 as a commercial field superintendent. Before joining The Zero Company he had worked in the Louisville roofing industry for over 15 years with Roofers Local 147 as a journeyman and later foreman. Mr. Bryant has successfully installed some of the most difficult projects in the Louisville area and is proficient with all types of roofing systems and most manufacturers' specifications. His attention to safety and organization at the job site is a critical element to the success of the project. |

Rodney came to The Zero Company in July 2006 as a residential field superintendent. Before joining The Zero Company he had worked as a subcontractor with the Zero Company for over 10 years. Mr. Calhoun has experience in installing all types of roofing including shingles, slate, tile, wood shingles and shakes, and is a specialist with metal roofing as well. Rodney's greatest quality is his desire to meet the Company's quality standards and customer's expectations while maintaining a safe and productive worksite. |
| Benjamin Mackie,

Benjamin Mackie joined
the Zero Company in the spring of 2005. Before joining
the company, Ben served as a compliance inspector and
project manager for the Indiana Department of Transportation
in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he enforced state regulation,
evaluated pavement distress, and performed permit administration.
He also has three years experience in hardware sales.
Ben holds two degrees; an Associates Degree in Business
Administration from Cincinnati State Technical and Community
College and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Operations
Management from
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
